So I guess this happened recently, I havent heard anything about until now. In an attempt to more finely tune the Marvel Now! line, Marvel has cancelled a whole bunch of titles and rebooting a couple others. I’m more or less happy about it- change is good. So here’s the list: (more…)
Heads Up: Saga #16
The only official solicitation I can find at the moment is simply: “Two war correspondents stumble onto the biggest story in the universe”, which totally makes sense so no surprises there- but if it’s anything like the fourth installments of the last two arcs then get ready for an incredibly good issue next week.
Thursday Pick: Cable & X-Force #16
The X-Force team is by far the coolest X-Men team on the shelf, its too bad they dont play a larger role in the main Marvel continuity.
I have been loving this series since it’s initial launch, the team is made of up of such awesome characters who are memorably fun to read and the stories deal with a much more serious caliber of violence and heroism than other Marvel titles. But issue #16 (and #15) has to be the best yet. The art, however, not so much. (more…)
